Jordan's Water Mills
Around northern Jordan, beside the perennial streams, can be seen a number of water-powered flour mills. Their condition varies, but one or two are almost complete. They provide a link to an earlier age in agriculture and food supply.

The Ammonite Towers
During Old Testament times Amman was the historic capital of the Ammonites. Evidence of their constructions can still be seen in the remains of watchtowers scattered around the city.

Petra
Jordan's most spectacular tourist site amazes the visitor with both archaeological and geological splendor.
